I started this company to provide a professional, expert service that was available for everyone at an affordable price, and since 2015 we have been doing exactly that, and our service standards and quality of provision have been consistently maintained at the highest levels; I am so proud that through the years we have managed to deliver each and every time and exceptional service and hope into our clients that they have all the necessary tools to land their dream yachting job.

The thinking behind this company was, would you believe, to keep myself connected with the industry after “retiring” from the yachting and moving to London to do my Occupational Psychology & HR degree. At this time, I also worked as a main recruiter in a Private Household and Yachting recruitment agency, where I was exposed to thousands of CVs, some of which were great, others, on the other hand, were lacking value and structure. I knew my clients had the necessary skills for the job, however, their CV writing skills were poor. Then the idea for this company was born, and since then, we have simply adapted and grown!
